单箱双室组合箱形梁桥静力学特性的研究

      为了准确分析单箱双室波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的竖向弯曲力学行为,本文考虑了组合箱梁腹板褶皱效应、铁木辛柯剪切变形以及剪滞翘曲自应力平衡等作用的影响,分析中设置了3个剪滞纵向翘曲位移差函数,基于能量变分法建立了组合箱梁的弹性控制微分方程和自然边界条件,获得了相应广义位移的闭合解。进而,依据理论分析和有限元数值模拟开展组合箱梁剪力滞和褶皱效应的研究。并且,算例表明:(1)褶皱效应对组合箱梁力学性能具有一定影响,且集中荷载下组合箱梁的褶皱效应更为突出;(2)简支边界条件,组合箱梁剪力滞效应较为明显,特别是集中荷载组合箱梁的剪力滞效应更为突出;(3)本文提出了对单箱双室组合箱梁力学性能的精细化分析方法,且对该类结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

      In order to accurately analyze the vertical bending behavior of Twin-Cell composite box girder with corrugated steel webs, the accordion effect, the Self-stress equilibrium for the shear lag warping stress, the shear deformation and other factors are considered, three longitudinal displacement difference functions are employed to exactly describe the variation of shear lag in composite box girders with different widths and thicknesses of wing slabs. Next, based on the energy-variation method, the differential equations and the corresponding natural boundary conditions of the composite box girders are induced, and the contribution of accordion effect, shear lag effect and shear deformation to stress of the composite box girder is analyzed in detail. So, the example shows:(1)The accordion effect has a certain influence on the mechanical properties of composite box girder, and the accordion effect of composite box girder is more prominent under concentrated load.(2)The shear lag effect of composite box girder is obvious under simply supported boundary conditions, especially for composite box girder with concentrated load. (3)This paper presents a more refined analysis method on the mechanical properties of composite box girders, and research results in this paper have some guiding significance for the design of composite structures.
