      介绍了重叠分离机构的工作原理,采用修正的库伦摩擦力模型建立纸张通过重叠分离机构的动力学方程,在纸张通过分离机构的过程中考虑了纸币所受变形力随时间的变化,并运用Matlab软件进行了数值仿真,分析了重叠分离机构对纸币分离的影响因素。结果表明:随着重叠分离机构的交叠量、剥离轮转矩、剥离轮摩擦系数的增加,对单张纸币通过分离机构延迟越大,而双张纸币通过分离机构时,对连张纸币的抑制作用增强,便于纸币分离;对于分离效果而言,剥离轮转矩的影响偏小。
英文摘要:
      The working principle of overlap separation mechanism is introduced. The dynamic equations of paper passing through the overlap separation mechanism are established by using the modified Coulomb friction model. The change of paper deformation force with time is considered in the process of paper passing through the overlap separating mechanism. The numerical simulation is carried out by using the software of matlab. The influence factors of overlap separating mechanism on paper separating are analyzed. The results show that: With the increase of overlap amount, torque and friction coefficient of separating wheel, the single note passing through the separation mechanism spends more time, while double notes feeds, the restraining effect of the sticking note is strengthened, which is convenient for separating bills; for separating effect, the influence of separating wheel torque is small.
